Advising future entrepreneurs

EY NextGen Academy is a market leading program for the next generation of family business leaders and professionals. Participants learn through the combined knowledge of top international business schools and universities, practical experience and advice from EY and connections with their global peers and leading entrepreneurs.

2019 marks the 11th year of our market-leading program for the next generation of leaders and professionals. We started small but quickly became big, and today more than 700 next generation leaders from 65 countries have joined our program

Breaking the mold

A family legacy offers a powerful opportunity to break the mold and create a new future. But knowing how to take full advantage of such an opportunity can be difficult. At the EY NextGen Academy, we help to unlock potential to help pursue passion with confidence.

Seven next generation entrepreneurs – and global members of our EY NextGen Network – have embraced strategies to look for new solutions and possibilities. Some have grown up in the family business and others have started their own, but each of these young leaders has a bold sense of purpose that drives them to do things differently and transform our world by standing out from the crowd and following their own passion. This truly makes them mold-breakers.

We are proud to feature their amazing stories. Read them by clicking on each photograph.
